This medieval living village event was really interesting. It takes place in Kenilworth Castle every year at the end of May.
The medieval villager people were doing all kinds of crafts and were living for a week in medieval style tents and rough shacks within the castle grounds.
One man was making beehives, and various other items, out of straw. It's the same kind of straw used for thatched roofs.
Someone else was making arrowheads - I haggled and bought one at a bargain price!
