I was wondering if today would be a bit sombre in London, with this being the anniversary of the bombings in July 2005. In fact though it was quite a jolly day for most people - what with the Tour de France and numerous other entertainments taking place in central London. Supposedly today was also an extremely popular date for weddings - and extra lucky for births too.
